Return requests can be submitted within 14 calendar days from delivery date unless mandatory local law requires a longer period.

Returned items must remain unopened, unused, and in original packaging unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.

Approved refunds are processed within 14 calendar days after returned goods are received and verified.

Opened consumable products may be non-refundable where permitted by applicable law and hygiene standards.

Original shipping fees may be non-refundable unless local law requires otherwise or if delivery errors occurred on our side.
